Settings → AI / LLM.
Changes there apply immediately to AIK chat, agents, and workflows — no restart needed.
The account is ready immediately — no e-mail confirmation, because you are
standing in front of it. Tell them the password and have them change it in Profile.
Superuser cannot be granted here; that stays in Super Admin.

Backup & restore
The nightly backup restores the whole platform. This restores one account,
leaving every other client exactly as it is.

Everything this account has — rows and files — as one zip. Changes nothing. Do this before you restore anything.

Everything comes back as a copy (nothing you have now is overwritten), inactive with
schedules off so a restore cannot start running by itself, and without stored API keys —
they are deliberately never in an export, so the client re-enters them in Settings.
