Just type a Label like "Total Amount" — the field name (total_amount) is created automatically. Must exist = document is rejected if this field is missing. At least / At most = optional limits for numbers (e.g. At least 0.01 rejects a zero amount; At most 10000 catches misreads). Leave empty for no limits.

Also extract line items (the product/service rows inside the document)

Where do the documents come from?

Saved with the type — the Run button uses this automatically. Upload documents on the My Files page, or choose "Custom folder path" to point at any folder on the server / your machine.

What to do with the results

Move handled files into processed/<date> (or failed/<date>) subfolders — keeps the incoming folder clean

Risk check — flag amounts far above/below your average for review

Math check — flag documents where the line items don't add up to the total

New-vendor check — flag documents from a vendor you've never had before

Digital signature check — record who signed each PDF and whether the certificate is valid

Strict — unsigned or badly-signed PDFs wait for your approval

Also copy processed files to my PC — requires the AIK Local Worker app running and a shared folder set up

Save records to the platform database

Save to file (optional — the ending picks the format: .xlsx, .csv or .json)

Email the report to (optional — includes a results table and the file attached)

Send each record to an API / ERP system (optional)

Every valid record is sent as JSON. Leave URL empty to disable.

Also insert into another database (optional)

Works with PostgreSQL and MySQL. The table is created automatically if it doesn't exist.
