Behind AIK is Alexander Krastev — 11 years in banking, 5 in accounting and almost 4 in RPA and AI. That is why AIK knows invoices, VAT and company registers first-hand. Support comes from the person who writes the code.
Our own tools
An AI agent is useful when it can act: read the mailbox, fill in Excel, upload a video, add a client. AIK comes with its own tools for that — over 30 tools with over 200 actions, written and maintained by us.
Not just connected steps
Tools such as n8n, Zapier and Make connect apps: you arrange the steps and each one does exactly one thing. AIK has its own agents — they read, judge and finish the task, with tools we wrote ourselves and rules written into the program. No outside tool servers are needed, and when something is unusual, the agent stops and asks instead of guessing.
The rules are in the program, not a request to the AI
Many AI tools simply ask the model to "be careful". In AIK the rules are written into the code and the agent cannot get around them:
- Budget — you say how much the agent may spend in a month. When it gets there, it stops until next month.
- Isolation — the agent sees only your files in AIK. Other people's files and the system itself are closed to it.
- Asks before acting — an e-mail, an upload or a write to another system waits for your "yes".
- Log — every action is recorded and the record cannot be changed unnoticed.
- Passport — every agent has a signed ID card: who it is, what it may do and how it has worked so far.
Who it is for
Small companies and accounting firms that want AI to do the routine work — invoices, e-mail, reports — without losing control. It runs in the cloud or on your own server, where the data never leaves the office.
